Ating is currently committed to her passion to serve corporate clients for Employee Benefits and Holistic Human Capital solutions.
She is now currently active in providing solutions for corporate clients in designing the benefits which suits to client’s need at best terms and conditions, monitoring client service go beyond the standard client expectation and managing client’s risk.
Besides experienced in general and life insurance, she is also a certified Pamjaki (Perkumpulanan Ahli Manajemen Jaminan dan Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia/ expert in the Indonesian Medical Insurance).
Henry has enjoyed his 22-year of professional milestones in some of the most prominent insurance companies, namely AIA/Avrist, Zurich, and BNI Life, tenuring 11 different departments including Training, Marketing Communication, Agency Service, Worksite Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Agency Recruitment and Leader Development.
Nurturing a passion in sales development, he has always held the highest standard in people conduction every sales activity. He believed, people buy from people, because of trust and expecting the service optimum service. Therefore, every clients big or small is always important and need the special attention they deserve.
With more than 20 years of experience in Insurance industry including MAA, AIA, and AVRIST. Rita started her career in the field of sales with-in the Group Department/Employee Benefits. She had been expose early in managing corporate clients from all type of industry and all sizes over the years. This includes from the process of getting to know the clients, helping them choose the benefits and maintain the account.
Her biggest achievement is to be able to close corporate account with over 15,000 participants. And to top it all, she has able to maintained the client for several years.
Rita is has always committed and passion for helping every companies that she handle, to choose the right product, the right benefits that is according to the needs and with-in the company budget.
With more than 21 years of experience in some industry IT Services, Network Provider, Medical Insurance, including Hewlett Packard, Admedika Network & Provider Service and also Avrist Assurance. Dewi brings her expertise in sales & marketing, client management, and product development, Achieving for some business , company growth and have a strong relationship with Insurance Broker and managing the corporate clients for their Employee Benefits.
Dewi is committed to her passion working in DSK Conusltant to serve corporate clients for Employee Benefits and Holistic Human Capital solutions. Indrarto has around 30 years of great experience in human capital management. He engaged in variety of industries such as steel, food, hospitality, plantation and chemical. He spent about 20 years in very senior positions within companies both national and multi national.
Beyond human capital, he also involved and made strategic decisions in operation, projects, supply chain dan finance. He also had served as member of Board of Directors in several companies.
At DSK Consultant, he takes care Human Capital Consulting services. His full spectrum experience and enthusiasm are enable DSK to provide best human capital solutions to its clients.
Indrarto earned his Bachelor Degree in Nuclear Physics from Gadjah Mada University and his Master Degree in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University, USA.
